Items must be returned in their original condition and with the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For returns beyond this period and for non-quality issues, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

30-Day Warranty

If you discover a quality issue with your item within 30 days of receipt, please contact us, and we will provide free repair or replacement services.
For verified quality issues, we will cover the costs of repair and reshipping.
 

After 30 Days

We do not offer refunds for issues caused by wear and tear, usage, or accidental damage after 30 days.
However, we do provide repair services—customers only need to cover round-trip shipping costs, and repair fees (if applicable) will be determined based on the extent of the damage.
 

How to Initiate a Return or Repair
